

Although I am personally doing the Body Beast program right now, I have incorporated a few extra day of cardio per week with Focus T25 workouts and, let me tell you, this workout is no joke. I won’t lie, I liked the IDEA behind T25 (short, intense workout) but I didn’t think it would be a program that I would use myself.įast forward to today. He wanted Shaun to create a program that gets all the results of an hour long program, jam packed into 25 minutes. The reason that Carl Daikler, CEO of Beachbody, approached Shaun T (the trainer behind T25) to create this program was because he, too, is busy. The idea behind Focus T25 is that everyone is busy in our day-to-day lives and we have all have used “I have no time to workout” as an excuse to not get our sweat on.

Many customers and coaches knew about T25 before it released and, to be honest, I didn’t hype it up too much on my page because I wasn’t sure what to think about it. This is Beachbody’s newest program that just released in June at Coach Summit in Vegas. $59.If you follow my page on Facebook, you’ve probably heard a lot of talk about Focus T25 lately (and, by the way, if you do not follow my page on Facebook, what are you waiting for!?). It is really up to the individual what works best but that can be a little bit disappointing when you aren’t expecting it.

It gives you the option to double up one day or add a 6th day to the schedule. The only thing that seems a little less than advertised is the 6th workout included each week. No need to sit out or give up, just keep going and over the 5 weeks there’s plenty of time to tackle a harder move and see improvements. My favorite feature was the included low impact modified moves. It is a great tool to break back into a fitness routine and includes a Quick Start Guide & a 5 Day Fast Track to get your new routine kicked off to a great start. It is composed of two cycles that last 5 weeks each for a total of 10 weeks to complete the program.

This workout program is great for anyone at any fitness level. It promises all the results with a shorter more intense workout just 5 days a week. It is the 25 minute workout for those individuals who can’t or don’t want to commit to a full hour workout.
